1. Overview This website is operated by Naqsh-e-Raviha. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naqsh-e-Raviha. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Handmade Art Disclaimer Please note that all our paintings and calligraphy pieces are 100% handmade. Because of their hand-crafted nature, slight variations in strokes, textures, and colors may occur compared to the images shown on the website. These variations make each piece unique.

3. Ordering & Advance Payment To confirm any order, a 40% advance payment is mandatory via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer. Orders will not be processed until the advance payment is verified. The remaining 60% must be paid via Cash on Delivery (within Pakistan).

4. Pricing & Taxes Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Prohibited Uses You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights (copying our designs for resale).
