1. Order Processing & Creation Time Each piece of art at Naqsh-e-Raviha is 100% handmade with meticulous attention to detail. Please note that it takes a minimum of 5 business days to create and finalize your painting or calligraphy piece after your order is confirmed (once the 40% advance payment is verified).
2. Delivery Timeline Once your artwork is ready and dispatched, the delivery time depends on your specific location:

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Other Regions & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and will be provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges We are proud to offer Free Shipping across Pakistan. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and pay the remaining 60% balance (for COD orders).
